Launch of the new Centre for Research on Ageing and Generations in England
The University of Surrey, England is launching a new Centre for Research on Ageing and Generations (CRAG), to bring together these two important areas of study and recognise their intersections.
The launch event takes place next week, Wednesday 27th April, 11:30-13:00 BST, online. Sign up here - all very welcome!
The event will open with an introduction to the new centre from CRAG's Co-Directors: Dr Helen Kingstone, Dr Jo Blanden, Dr Vicki Harman and Professor Andrew King. This will be followed by presentations from:
• · Arunima Himawan (International Longevity Centre UK) on the topic of ageing, generations and policy,
• · Kathleen Henehan (Resolution Foundation) on the topic of income and wealth inequalities within/between generations..
