With the support of a TOY Mentor and an easy to use Quality Assessment Tool you will be guided through a process involving joint reflection and action with colleagues in which the participants (children and older adults) in the IG activity also have a say.

By participating in the TOY for Quality Programme:
- Your organisation will be a pioneer in assessing the quality of intergenerational learning (IGL) initiatives
- Staff, volunteers and beneficiaries will be supported to reflect on their practice and improve the quality of IGL
- Your initiative will be mentioned on the TOY website
- You will have a free upgrade on the TOY Online Course (www.toyproject.net/toy-course)
- You will be recognized in your community as an organisation delivering quality IGL initiatives.
